About Paul Gabrail
Paul Gabrail is a disciplined investor specializing in value investing. He founded and hosts Everything Money, a YouTube channel dedicated to investment education. Through his channel, he instructs his audience on building long-term wealth by investing in stocks, real estate, and business development. Paul is passionate about teaching the essential mindset, emotions, and strategies necessary for successful value investing.
Born in Mosul, Iraq, in 1981, Paul and his family moved to England when he was just six weeks old. His parents, both doctors, later sought political asylum in the United States, and the family eventually settled in Canton, Ohio, in 1990. Paul’s interest in investing started in high school and grew during the dot-com boom of the late 1990s. Influenced by Warren Buffett’s principles, he shifted his focus from speculation to true investing, recognizing that buying stocks meant owning part of a business.
After graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics, Paul founded The Crossroads Group in 2004, specializing in real estate investments. His bold approach during the 2007-2008 financial crisis led him to invest heavily in stocks and real estate, a move that paid off handsomely.
Paul’s investment strategy extends to both stocks and real estate, with a keen focus on undervalued assets. His method involves identifying long-term value in both sectors, regardless of market trends or public sentiment.
Through his YouTube channel, Everything Money, Paul shares these insights with over 265,000 subscribers, teaching them how to evaluate stocks and real estate as long-term investments. His global real estate portfolio spans several countries, and his investment philosophy continues to inspire thousands.
Outside of business, Paul enjoys playing chess and following University of Michigan football and the Cleveland Cavaliers. He lives in Moreland Hills, Ohio, with his wife, Lisa, and remains passionate about traveling, especially to London.
